As a licensed REALTOR in New Mexico, I strive to provide the highest quality service. I am bilingual (Spanish/English) and highly committed to assisting all families in venturing to purchase the most critical investment, a home! Although my market is New Mexico, I can help you find a REALTOR nationwide that can meet your needs and those of your family. As a graduate from NMSU, and former legal assistant, I have attained a wide-range of administrative and management experiences with non-profits, starting a a boutique brokerage (Saenz & Smith Real Estate, Co) and a small plumbing business. My partner Josh Smith and I, started our own real estate brokerage in late 2021 in Las Cruces and expanded to Silver City in 2023. My husband and I successfully ran a small plumbing company (4G Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, LLC) in Southern New Mexico for over 10 years until he retired. The plumbing company focused was from home service to new construction. In life, I have been gifted with a wide range of experiences, personal and professional that have added to who I am and my perspective as to why I want to be your REALTOR. I am a mother, grandmother, a member of a large US/Mexico Border family, a proud wife of a retired licensed plumber and a REALTOR. We have experience building a home, starting a business and working hard to reach many goals. I have learned firsthand what is between, above and beyond the walls of the homes I sell. I am proud to live in the Land of Enchantment and to be an active member of the Southern New Mexico community, via various civic engagement activities. I understand the importance of ethics in a real estate transaction and to always do our best for each customer or client, as if it was our own personal transaction.  As your REALTOR, I am committed to assisting you in every step of the way.
